Many of the machines in our factory use CAD/CAM technology to greatly reduce programming time. Most of this implementation code was written right here. In fact, we have even shown many of our machine suppliers how to use CAD/CAM technology on their machines.

Our design team uses major CAD packages such as Pro-Engineer, MasterCAM, P-CAD, and AutoCAD. Product quality control and testing is also extensively computerized with extensive standardized documentation to maintain consistency from one product to the next. Marconi board testers, Audio Precision testers and PC's running LMS, TEF and CLIO (speaker measurement programs) ensure the best possible consistency through an ultra-thorough testing process that is done to each and every product.

Solid modeling packages such as Rhino, IronCAD and Ease are used to create 3D computer renderings before products are ever built to help with cosmetic & ergonomic design issues. This, combined with accurate CAD drawing, has allowed us to greatly reduce the amount of time necessary to develop a new product, thereby allowing us to better react to market trends & spend more time on the development and application of new technologies.
